My Approach

I'm an integrative therapist which means I use a variety of different psychological modalities & techniques to help clients gain self-awareness, emotionally process experiences & create long lasting coping strategies. I work from a person-centred base, which means that I work at a pace that is comfortable for clients and help make them feel safe & heard whilst building a therapeutic relationship. These are some of the approaches I use in my integrative practice:

  • Psychoanalytical and psychodynamic

  • Humanistic therapies

  • Person-centred therapy

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Transactional analysis

  • Integrative

  • Compassion-Focused Therapy

  • Somatic experiencing

I offer open ended counselling where the number of sessions can be flexible dependent upon your needs and I also work time focused were clients will have 6-12 sessions to work through specific issues. This will be discussed at your consultation.


Sessions are 50 minutes long and will either be on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. I do also offer flexible sessions for  clients who may have sessions monthly or bi-monthly.
