I have experience of working with a multitude of presenting issues such as depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, neurodiversity, PTSD, bereavement, shame, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ issues, gender identity, stigma, unhelpful & intrusive thoughts, feeling sad, social anxiety, low self-confidence, panic attacks,  sexual abuse and work-related stress. 


I also have specific experience working with LGBTQ+ related issues such as shame & trauma, chemsex, alcohol & drugs, stigma, gender identity, sexuality, relationships and suicidal thoughts.


I graduated from Staffordshire University with a 1st class honours degree in Counselling. I undertook advanced modules in PTSD & Trauma and Grief & Loss, whilst also completing research on LGBTQ+ peoples experiences of accessing counselling & psychotherapy services.
